Dirk Schulte holds an extensive career in human resources and executive leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vorstand CHRO/Arbeitsdirektor at ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG since January 2025 and Vorstand Personal - CHRO/Arbeitsdirektor at enercity since January 2022, Dirk demonstrates strong expertise in transforming HR functions into customer-focused service areas and enhancing employer branding.
