Nick is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Enercon Industries since October 2022, where they are responsible for various processes and functional leadership. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Consultant at Patina - A Korn Ferry Company from June to December 2022, assisting organizations in achieving their goals through interim executive roles and leading major initiatives. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Perlick Corporation, where they established and implemented a new Engineering function to drive sales growth and profitability. Before that, they were the Director of Engineering at Bradley Corporation from 2014 to 2019, implementing new technology and processes to increase new product sales and profitability. Nick's earlier experience includes roles at Modine Manufacturing Company, where they held positions such as Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Program Manager - Europe, Senior Program Engineer, Product Engineer, and Warranty & Reliability Engineer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership in program management, product development, engineering strategy, and cross-functional team leadership.
Nick Siler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
