Gerda Brugman-Komduur

Gerda Brugman-Komduur currently holds the position of HR Director for Western Europe at ENERCON since March 2021, and previously served as the Head of HR at ENERCON Benelux B.V. from March 2017 to April 2021. With a substantial background in human resources management, Gerda has also held HR Manager roles at companies such as Meijers, Avery Dennison, VION Apeldoorn, and Jan Dekker International between 2006 and 2017. The career began as an HR Consultant at Atras Software from 2004 to 2006, along with a brief stint as an HR Advisor at RaymakersvdBruggen. Gerda's educational background includes studies at Academie voor Psychodynamica from 2012 to 2016, and degrees from Universiteit van Tilburg and the University of Mississippi, complemented by a VWO diploma from Bornego College Heerenveen/Maaswaalcollege Wijchen.
