Hans van Eersel

Hans van Eersel has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1988 at Gamko B.V. as a Human Resource Manager. In 1995 they moved to Berkhof Valkenswaard B.V., where they held the same role and was responsible for giving shape to an extensive reorganization. From 1998 to 2000 they worked at Maas International B.V. as a Human Resource Manager. In 2000, they joined Smeva Refrigeration Group B.V. / Geerlofs Refrigeration B.V. as an International Human Resource Manager, where they were responsible for the HR strategy, policy, and operational tasks for all companies in the international group. From 2011 to 2020, they were a board member at Opleidingscentrum voor de koudetechniek GO\u00ba. Since 2020, they have been a Human Resource Manager at Wonen Limburg. In 2022, they will start as a HR-directeur at OptiGroup AB, a Swedish international player specialized in packaging, disposables, medical supplies, hygiene solutions, PBM's, and safety products.

Hans van Eersel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 1984 and 1988.
