Hema Lakshmi

Hema Lakshmi is an experienced reliability specialist and team lead with a diverse background in the wind turbine and energy sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead for the SLR and WSE Teams at ENERCON since February 2020, Hema previously held the role of Reliability Specialist at Senvion and contributed to the improvement of wind turbine component reliability. Prior experience includes serving as a Reliability Consultant at Atkins for the Nuclear group, a Technical Lead at LM Wind Power, and a Lead Reliability Engineer at GE Energy, where Hema developed risk assessment methodologies and tools to enhance warranty and maintenance strategies. Hema holds a Master's degree in Reliability Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
