Richard Biggs is an experienced project and process improvement manager currently employed at Enercon GmbH since September 2013, focusing on the construction, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines in the UK and Asia. Prior experience includes project management roles at Dulas Ltd, overseeing hydro schemes from feasibility to construction, and management positions at Drum Alliance and South Edinburgh Echo, where responsibilities encompassed product development, publication management, and financial planning. Richard also founded and managed the Edinburgh Festival Fringe publication Hairline. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering and a BEng (Hons) in Offshore and Mechanical Engineering, both from Heriot-Watt University.
