Matthew Holland

Matthew Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, operations, and purchasing. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at EnerConnex, LLC since January 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Reflective Energy Solutions from April 2011 to December 2022. As Director of Community Purchasing at the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey from October 2009 to March 2011, Matthew managed purchasing strategies. Prior roles include Director of Purchasing and Facility Operations at Marc Ecko Enterprises, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and optimizing operational efficiencies, and various engineering roles at Black & Decker that focused on product development and quality control. Matthew earned a degree from Drexel University during the years 1991 to 1996.
