Rachel Ritter

Rachel Ritter began their work experience as a Building Inspector - Co-op at the City of Ft. Thomas starting in 2007. Rachel transitioned to roles at Enerfab, where they started as an Estimator in 2009 and then progressed to Project Manager, Project Controls Manager, Director Of Operations, and ultimately Director of Project Controls. Rachel'stenure at Enerfab lasted until 2022.

Rachel Ritter holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, completed in 2009. Rachel later pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the same university, graduating in 2023. Additionally, Rachel obtained certifications in Primavera P6 Advanced in 2016 and "Adopting the Habits of Elite Performers" in 2024.
