Muhammad Kazim MBA, PMP®, CMRP is an experienced professional in the operation and maintenance of processing facilities, currently serving as O&M Lead at Enerflex Ltd. since April 2014. Kazim's responsibilities include developing and executing plans to meet contractual production obligations while ensuring equipment and overall plant availability. Prior roles at Enerflex included Maintenance Team Lead and Operation and Maintenance Engineer, where Kazim focused on engineering solutions for plant reliability and directed staff activities. Previous experience includes project management roles at Descon Integrated Projects Limited and Descon Engineering Limited, contributing to large-scale projects, as well as an early tenure at Siemens as an Executive Engineer. Kazim holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
