Strategic Account Manager at Energage

Janelle Grimm has been in the workforce since 2006. Janelle started their career at Mandis as a Managing Partner- Product & Business Development, where they were responsible for product development, sourcing, and sales. Janelle secured contracts with China factories based on pricing negotiations, delivery, and quality assurance standards and led major account sales presentations and closed all new business. In 2009, they joined Energage as a Client Services & Training Manager. Janelle was an active member of the leadership team, and was responsible for the development, execution, and facilitation of the company's training objectives. In 2016, they moved to Seraphim Software as a Senior Account Executive. Her role there was to help care for the Church, the people, the ministries, the staff, the volunteers, and the building. In 2018, they joined SkillSurvey as a Director of Client Relations, where they were responsible for training, onboarding, and managing over 300 accounts. Janelle consistently met clients needs while exceeding retention and expansion goals and was a Presidents Club Winner in 2021. Finally, in 2022, they returned to Energage as a Strategic Account Manager. Janelle is experienced in handling Top and Strategic Accounts and is accountable for the success of clients from onboarding through renewal, acting as a trusted advisor and consulting clients on their Engagement Journey.

Janelle Grimm obtained their Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware between 1995 and 1999. Janelle has also obtained certifications from The Sales Board for Action Selling, from Energage for Action Selling Train the Trainer Certification, and from SkillSurvey for Sandler Sales Training.
