Samantha Westley

Samantha Westley has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they began their career as a Deli Associate at Publix. In 2010, they worked as an Office Assistant at Karen R. Copeland and Associates. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in various roles, including Culinary Training Assistant Supervisor, Care Team Lead, Guest Relations Assistant Supervisor, Guest Services Assistant Supervisor, and Culinary Operations Assistant Supervisor Intern. In 2012, they also worked as a Guest Services Host at Seaworld - Discovery Cove. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Training Specialist at Paramount Hospitality Management, LLC. In 2020, they worked as a PC Field Tech and OPS with Information Services at Seminole County Public Schools. Samantha also worked as a Science Teacher for the same company. Currently, they are working as a Growth Team Operations Lead at Part and Sum, where they are responsible for checking ads for quality before launch, verifying links, copy, and creative align with client expectations, building asset trafficking forms in Google Sheets and Notion, and developing internal communication and workflow tools in Notion.

Samantha Westley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida in 2013, and a Music Minor in the same field in the same year. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Visual Design from Full Sail University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Notion Essentials and Notion Essentials Badge from Notion in 2022, Designing a Training Program: Setting Goals, Objectives, and Mediums from LinkedIn in 2021, ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association in 2015, Certified ServSafe Instructor & Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor from the National Restaurant Association in 2017, and TIPS Trainer from National Hospitality Training - TIPS in 2017.
