Melanie Becker has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Advertising and Sales Intern at Penn Cinema Theaters. In 2012, they worked as a Server at TGI Fridays. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Ambler Surgical. During this time they worked with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to create email campaigns, product flyers, specialty brochures, trade show displays, and other marketing materials as needed. In addition, they managed relationships with other organizations and oversaw social media accounts. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing & Design Consultant, coordinating, designing, and consulting with various professionals regarding communications and marketing. Since 2017, they have been working at Energage as an Account Executive, Account Manager, and Business Development Specialist. In their roles at Energage, they work directly with clients Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Teams to learn their specific goals and needs pertaining to organizational culture, retention, engagement, and recruitment. Melanie also helps clients understand how the company's suite of technology products and personal expertise can support in attaining those goals and meeting those needs, and assists in coordinating and executing the plan laid out in the timeline agreed to.
Melanie Becker attended Warwick High School from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a diploma. Melanie then attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
