Wendy Freeman has been in the customer success and sales industry since 1995. Wendy began their career as a Senior Service Representative at Manpower in 1995. In 1999, they moved to XO Communications as a Sales Representative. In 2006, they joined Dun and Bradstreet as a Customer Success Manager, Global Accounts and a Relationship Manager, North America Small Business Sales. In 2019, they joined Energage as an Account Executive, a Customer Success Manager and a Strategic Customer Success Manager. During their time at Dun and Bradstreet, they managed projects related to 25 Global Accounts with a total project cost of $6.5M and accelerated growth, reduced cost, managed risk, and transformed the client’s business using D&B Data Cloud. At Energage, they are responsible for driving product adoption for a portfolio of 40+ accounts by implementing a 3, 6 and 9-month cadence and touchpoint strategy, proactively monitoring platform usage, and furthering the value of products and services through direct communication with customers and an understanding of their measurable results, business objectives and challenges.

Wendy Freeman attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1981 to 1985 and received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Dietetics/Dietitian.
