Isabella Mendonça

Isabella Mendonça is the current General Counsel at Energea. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Analyst at Banco BOCOM BBM from January 2019 to July 2019. From September 2016 to January 2019, they were an Associate at Tauil & Chequer Advogados Associado a Mayer Brown where they worked on cases and issues related to M&A, joint ventures, infrastructure projects, incorporation, and maintenance of companies in Brazil. Isabella also prepared comprehensive legal opinions and memoranda of understanding, and advised domestic and international clients on share purchases, shareholders agreements, analysis and elaboration of corporate acts, commercial contracts, and due diligence. Before Tauil & Chequer Advogados Associado a Mayer Brown, Mendonça worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Brasil in the Financial Advisory - Restructuring from May 2014 to September 2016. Mendonça began their career as a Lawyer at Basch & Rameh Advogados Associados from September 2012 to May 2014.

Isabella Mendonça has a Master of Laws from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Laws from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in International Financial Law and Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Isabella also has a degree in French Language and Literature from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
