Francesca Baioni

Francesca Baioni is an experienced ICT Manager currently working at Energean since December 2020, where responsibilities include managing a team of six in overseeing ICT infrastructure for nearly 200 clients across Italy, implementing IT systems and network communications, and ensuring business continuity through effective backup and monitoring systems. From April 2006 to December 2020, Francesca served as Head of Data Management at Edison E&P SpA, leading a team in the management of hardware and software for geophysical and corporate GIS databases. Prior to that, a role as Geophysicist at Edison Spa involved conducting seismic analyses and providing software support. Francesca's early career included research in Health Physics at Azienda Ospedaliera Ospedale Niguarda Ca' Granda. Francesca holds a Doctorate in Nuclear Physics from Università Statale degli Studi di Milano and a Bachelor's degree from Liceo Ginnasio Statale Omero.
