Sean Teixeira, B.Eng, MBA

Sean Teixeira, B.Eng, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean is currently employed at Énergère as a Business Development Manager in Sustainable Development. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Senior Project Director in Smart Cities. Before joining Énergère, Sean was a Project Director in Smart Cities at a different organization.

In addition to their current role, Sean also serves as a Part-time Professor at Vanier College. Sean previously held positions as a Business Development Manager at Vention, a Student Fellow at Creative Destruction Lab - Montreal, and a Project Manager on a consulting mandate at Kruger Inc.

Earlier in their career, Sean worked as a Technical Sales Engineer and Technical Trainee at Engineered Air. Sean also has experience as a Customer Experience Representative at Chapters Bookstore and as a Market Intelligence Intern at Air Liquide.

Sean's work experience also includes various roles at Vanier College, where they served as a Private Tutor in Mathematics and Physics and as a Summer Academic Support Service Coordinator.

Sean Teixeira completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Melbourne, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Systems for one year. From 2006 to 2008, Sean attended Vanier College, where they obtained a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Pure and Applied Science Plus.

In 2018 and 2019, Sean pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at HEC Montréal, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. During their time at HEC Montréal, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in April 2019.
