Sebastian Lorenz

Sebastian Lorenz currently serves as an Agile Coach at EnBW, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Sebastian spent 23 years at IONOS, where significant roles included Head of Agile Office, Head of Shop Project Management & Quality Assurance, Head of Sales Frontends, Business Engineer, Frontend Developer, and Customer Care Manager. Notable achievements include establishing a company-wide Agile Office, developing and implementing various working models, leading complex projects such as AI integration in marketing, and introducing OKRs as a strategic tool. Earlier experience also involves frontend development and project management in eCommerce and cloud projects. Sebastian holds a degree in Mediengestalter Digital und Print from Carl-Hofer-Schule Karlsruhe.
