Cora van Nieuwenhuizen

Cora van Nieuwenhuizen is an experienced leader in infrastructure, water management, and economic affairs, currently serving as the Voorzitter at Energie-Nederland since October 2021. Previously, Cora held various significant positions, including Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management from October 2017 to August 2021, and a Member of the European Parliament for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy, where responsibilities included serving on the ECON Committee and as vice-coordinator for ALDE. Cora's earlier roles include serving as a Member of the Dutch House of Representatives and a deputy in the Province of Noord-Brabant, focusing on mobility, infrastructure, and integrated enforcement. Cora holds education credentials from Utrecht University, Nyenrode Business University, and TIAS School for Business and Society.
