Amber Dunithan

Amber Dunithan possesses extensive experience in corporate accounting and audit management. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Accounting at Valero Energy Inc. since July 2014, Amber has held roles including Senior Manager Accounting Research, where responsibilities included researching US GAAP accounting concepts and presenting findings to the Chief Accounting Officer. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Manager Corporate Accounting, overseeing a team in the monthly accounting close for a $65 billion multi-national oil and gas corporation, and Manager of Corporate Accounting at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP, where Amber managed financial audits for a diverse range of clients. Amber earned both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Texas State University.
