Brett Winn

Brett Winn is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Refinery Human Resources at Valero Energy Inc. since October 2022, after a successful tenure at Valero Energy Corporation from September 2014 to November 2022 as Senior Manager of Refinery Human Resources. Prior to joining Valero, Brett held various HR roles at Hexcel Corporation and Cessna Aircraft Company, focusing on labor relations, employee development, and organizational strategy. Brett also has background experience as an Office Manager at State Farm and played professional baseball for the Mid-Missouri Mavericks and Brockton Rox's. Educational qualifications include a BBA and BHR from Lamar University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
