Thomas Holm Pedersen

Thomas Holm Pedersen has extensive work experience in various HR and management positions. Thomas Holm started their career in 1997 as an Erhvervsrådgiver at Nykredit A/S. Thomas Holm then joined Grundfos Management A/S in 2002, where they worked as a Lønkonsulent and later as a SAP HR Konsulent. In 2007, they moved to Gavdi A/S as a Seniorkonsulent SAP HR. Thomas joined Energinet in 2008 and held several roles over the years, including Gruppeleder Løn og Benchmark, HR-Chefkonsulent, and Head of Department, Investment Planning. Thomas Holm is currently the Chief HR Business Partner at Energinet.
