The board of directors at Energinet has a long and varied history, with members coming from many different backgrounds and industries. Some of the previous experiences of the board members include working as an Executive Director/Direktør at Metroselskabet & Hovedstadens Letbane, a Sekretariatschef (Chief of staff) at Socialdemokraterne, and a Kommunikationschef (Head of Communications) at LO. The board members also have a variety of educational backgrounds, with degrees from New York University, Political Campaign Management.
