Benjamin Angelette

Benjamin Angelette is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Energizer Holdings, Benjamin has held various senior positions since February 2012, overseeing corporate transactions, securities matters, and labor and employment issues within a large legal department. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Securities Counsel at Savvis and Associate positions at Bryan Cave and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where Benjamin handled a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Tulsa.
