Kate Birley

Kate Birley has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Operations for EMEA at Energizer Holdings since October 2015. Prior roles at Energizer include Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior HR Business Partner for various regions, demonstrating expertise in HR management and project leadership. Prior to Energizer, Kate worked at UBS from April 2007 to September 2015 in roles such as Employee Relations Investigations Officer and HR Manager. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management with French from The University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law from the University of Surrey.
