Tina Hanninen

Tina Hanninen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst for HR Applications at Energizer Holdings since November 2022. In this role, Tina oversees global HR system implementations, including SuccessFactors, ICIMS, and ServiceNow HR, while also leading an offshore HRIS team and supporting system integrations and analytics. Prior to Energizer, Tina held various positions at Providence Health & Services, culminating in the role of Senior HRIS Analyst, where responsibilities included implementing Oracle Talent Management and serving as a SuccessFactors subject matter expert. Tina's career began at Providence St. Patrick Hospital as an HR Generalist and further includes significant HR roles at ELM Locating and Corporate Technology Group. Tina earned a Business Management degree from the University of Montana.
