Allison Chan

Allison Chan has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator at Pump It Up from February 2012 to November 2018. During their time there, they gained 6+ years of customer service, communication, and planning skills, managing reservations, party activities, and ensuring safety for children and guests.

Following that, they joined Gong Cha USA - CALIFORNIA as an Assistant Manager and Franchise Trainer in June 2015 and served in this role until February 2019.

From March 2017 to February 2019, Allison worked at Phin Bar as a Catering Barista and Bartender, where they provided excellent customer service, prepared Vietnamese coffee for various Bay Area companies, and ensured stock replenishment.
