Irene Tan serves as the President & CEO of Energy Credit Union since November 2016, previously holding roles as President & CLO, Executive Vice President, and Vice President of Retail. Tan's responsibilities include engaging with key stakeholders in the gas industry and the communities served by the credit union, driving growth through strategic initiatives and relationship building. Prior to Energy Credit Union, Tan was a Consultant at Bromley Agency, aiding credit union clients in strategic initiatives and organizational development. Experience at BBN as Vice President focused on community financial institution needs, supplemented by previous leadership roles at Allanach Mortgage Group, Alloya Corporate FCU, Uniti Credit Union, and Enterprise Car Sales. Irene Tan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Green Mountain College.
