Paula Laney

Paula Laney is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, safety, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Field Training and Continuous Improvement at EDP since September 2019, Paula also owns Laney Consulting, LLC, established in September 2010. Previously, Paula held the position of Director of Safety and Training at Energy Distribution Partners from October 2019 to March 2023. Additionally, from February 2000 to November 2019, Paula was the Director of Safety, Education, and Training at the Oklahoma LP Gas Research, Marketing, & Safety Commission. Early career experience includes serving as Office Manager at Liberty Propane Gas from November 1991 to December 1999. Paula's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. in Human Resource Development from Northeastern State University.
