Stephen Dines has a strong background in finance and strategic planning, with experience in various leadership roles in different companies. Stephen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Energy Efficient Solutions Group, where Stephen partners with the CEO and investors to drive business growth and performance. Prior to this, Stephen held roles such as Finance Director at Dynniq and Drilling Systems Group Limited, as well as Commercial Director at Heatric. Stephen's extensive experience includes managing revenue and EBIT growth, leading global teams, and setting strategic direction in rapidly growing environments. Stephen holds a degree in Economics & Sociology from the University of Southampton.
