Sophia Keller

Sophia Keller is a consultant at energy factory St. Gallen AG since November 2022, bringing a diverse background in research and strategic initiatives. Previously, Sophia was a member of the Konstanz Future of Work Lab from December 2020 to September 2022 and served as a research associate at the Chair for Organisational Studies at the University of Konstanz between October 2017 and September 2022. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Corporate Communications Department at Munich Re (Group) from July 2013 to March 2014. Sophia Keller holds a Ph.D. from the University of Konstanz, along with a Master of Arts in Politics and Public Administration and a Master of Science in General Management from the University of Konstanz and the University of Edinburgh Business School, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz.
