Jason Proch

Jason Proch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason started their career at Ensinger Inc. as a Project/Production Engineer. Jason then moved on to Siemens Power Generation, where they worked as a Senior Engineer. After that, they joined Allegheny Energy as a Senior Technical Support Engineer/Gas Turbine Lead.

In 2006, Jason joined Phillips Respironics as a Global Product Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare products and implementing long-term growth plans.

Jason later became a Business Consultant/Entrepreneur at GrandView Solutions LLC, where they provided advisory services to startups and small to medium-sized businesses, helping them with operations, finance, marketing, and implementation.

In 2013, Jason joined FirstEnergy as an IT & Nuclear Major Project Manager, overseeing program and project management, team leadership, scoping, scheduling, and financial management.

Most recently, Jason worked at Energy Harbor, where they held roles in IT Project Management Organization (PMO) leadership and Manager Information Compliance. In these roles, they developed and implemented PMO guidelines and structure, improved project efficiency, and managed IT information compliance policies.

Jason Proch has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 1997, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Jason also holds additional certifications, including Innovation Engineering Blue Belt from the Innovation Engineering Institute (obtained in 2017) and PMP from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2015).
