Joshua Feldman

Co-Founder, Partner, General Counsel & Chief Operating Officer at Energy Impact Partners

Mr. Feldman has 19 years of experience as a corporate transactional and regulatory attorney, most recently serving as General Counsel for Cedrus Park Management, a long-short equity hedge fund focused on the technology sector, where Mr. Feldman was instrumental in setting up the firm’s infrastructure and registering the firm with the SEC.

Before that, Mr. Feldman was General Counsel of King Street Capital Management, a $20 billion global hedge fund, where he worked for 10 years. While at King Street, Mr. Feldman built from scratch and managed the legal and compliance team, and also handled all of King Street’s venture capital investments and many of its private equity transactions.

Before King Street, Mr. Feldman was a corporate transactional attorney focusing on venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, securities and technology licensing at the law firms Covington & Burling and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Mr. Feldman holds a JD from Stanford Law School (with distinction) and a BA (Economics and Government) from Lehigh University (Magna Cum Laude).
