Silje Merete S. Grønning

Silje Merete S. Grønning is a Senior Investment Associate at Energy Impact Partners (EIP). As member of the European deal team, she is responsible for sourcing and executing on early to late-stage investment opportunities across a range of industries. Having opened EIP’s Norwegian office, she is also responsible for EIPs Nordic activities.

Prior to joining EIP, Silje was an investment associate in the infrastructure equity team of IFM Investors, where she was involved with deal origination, transaction execution and asset management of existing portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Silje also held roles at Rystad Energy, Norsk Hydro and Statkraft.

Silje holds a MSc. in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Furthermore, Silje was a professional athlete playing handball for Vipers Kristiansand in Norway.
