Dana Sands

Dana Sands serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at New Columbia Solar since January 2024, focusing on solar development and financing. Prior experience includes a partnership at Energy Infrastructure Partners since 2012, directing acquisitions at Alinda Capital Partners LLC from 2007 to 2012, and holding executive roles including CFO and COO at Evolution Markets LLC from 2005 to 2007. Dana also held director positions at Salomon Smith Barney and Paine Webber, as well as vice president roles at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers, specializing in finance for renewable energy and infrastructure. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University and dual degrees (Masters of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance) from New York University's Stern School of Business.
