Chris Charboneau, PMP, CSM

Chris Charboneau has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in project management roles.

From 1997 to 2013, Chris worked at HP as a Project Manager, where they standardized prices, created a program management tool to increase quoting efficiencies, and established PMO processes to improve project delivery methodology. Chris also initiated a global custom support solution for a healthcare product manufacturing company, meeting FDA requirements at a 100% rate.
