Lindsay Tomsche

Lindsay Tomsche has an extensive background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC). In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the administration of all HR programs and driving strategic initiatives. Lindsay implemented various new systems, benefits, and savings measures for the company. Prior to this, Lindsay served as a Human Resources Manager at EMC, focusing on transforming the HR department into strategic business partners. Lindsay also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at EMC, providing expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, and recruiting.

Before their tenure at EMC, Lindsay worked at Transport America as a Human Resources Manager. Here, they handled employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding for a 100-person maintenance division. Lindsay also served as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist at Transport America, where they were involved in talent management, employee relations, and benefits training.

Outside of the corporate world, Lindsay has experience as a Dance Team Assistant Coach at Academy of the Holy Angels and as a Dance Team Head Coach at Andover High School. As a head coach, Lindsay improved the team's performance in tournaments, received an All Academic Award for the team, and was nominated for the Rookie Head Coach of the Year award.

Lindsay Tomsche holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Cloud State University. Lindsay Tomsche completed their secondary education at Totino-Grace High School, where they obtained a General Diploma.
