Lindsay Tomsche has an extensive background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC). In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the administration of all HR programs and driving strategic initiatives. Lindsay implemented various new systems, benefits, and savings measures for the company. Prior to this, Lindsay served as a Human Resources Manager at EMC, focusing on transforming the HR department into strategic business partners. As a head coach, Lindsay improved the team's performance in tournaments, received an All Academic Award for the team, and was nominated for the Rookie Head Coach of the Year award.
