Kayla Tavares

Kayla Tavares is currently an Outreach & Marketing Specialist at Energy New England. Prior to that, they interned at the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA) from July 2019 to September 2019. There, they salesforced & Constant Contact Integration and designed a trust campaign promoting careers in the trust industry. Kayla also created a comprehensive 70 page industry guide detailing local regulations, service provider directory, and costs of moving businesses and families to Bermuda. Additionally, they created an extended comparative analysis and accompanying quick-reference tables of Bermuda and its top competitor’s trusts requirements, regulations and financial incentives. Prior to their work at the BDA, Kayla worked as a Camp Assistant at Masterworks from May 2015 to September 2015.

Kayla Tavares has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Stonehill College, with a concentration in International Relations. Kayla also has a Certificate of Proficiency from Trimester Abroad in Political Science and International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington. Kayla graduated from Saltus Grammar School with a High School Diploma, AP Scholar, and Graduated with Honors.

Their manager is John Tzimorangas, President and CEO. They are on a team with Noel Chambers - Director of Energy, Eric Desrosiers - Program Support Specialist, EV Charging Infrastructure, and Dan Ciullo - Client Services Manager.
