Kaitlin Carter has over a decade of experience in the engineering and organizational effectiveness sectors. Since July 2012, Kaitlin has held various positions at Energy Northwest, culminating in the role of Organizational Effectiveness Supervisor and Performance Assessment Program Manager, focusing on organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, Kaitlin served as the Balance of Plant Systems Engineering Supervisor and Mechanical System Engineer, and completed a Minor Modifications Internship at Energy Northwest in 2011. Additionally, Kaitlin gained experience as a Computational Biology Intern at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2010. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University in 2012.
