The executive team at Energy Real Estate Solutions (ERES) has experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. The CEO of ERES, Joe Horning, was previously the Senior Vice President at CBRE, one of the world's largest real estate services firms. The Managing Director at ERES, Mike McNally, is a LEED-accredited professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including Jones Lang LaSalle, where he worked on some of the most high-profile real estate projects in the country. The team is rounded out by Principal Andrew Garrison, who has a degree in Real Estate/Construction Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
