Arnav Deshmukh

Arnav Deshmukh is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Energy Recovery, Inc., having joined in February 2023. Prior experience includes an exchange program at École Polytechnique focused on computational modeling of active droplets, a role as a Medical Device Engineer at Actorius Innovations where development of a novel device for cancer diagnostics occurred, and an engineering position at ISRO where contributions included designing a third-generation LVAD and developing a web application for automated data analysis. Arnav also served as Placement Manager at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, managing a significant team for student placements and internships, and worked as a Research Assistant at Louisiana State University studying granular flow. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
