Sarah Domaradzki

Sarah Domaradzki has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Head of People & Culture at Energy Robotics, a company specializing in intelligent autonomy software for collaborative mobile robots. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner at univativ GmbH and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Solactive AG. Sarah also gained experience in HR consulting and recruiting at engineering people GmbH, completed an internship at Teezily, and held an HR position at communicate! e.V. Overall, Sarah has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles that have allowed their to develop expertise in the field.

Sarah Domaradzki holds an M.A. degree in Human Resources Management from the IU International University of Applied Sciences. Sarah also has a B.Sc. degree in Business and Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. In addition, they participated in an ERASMUS semester abroad at Università degli Studi di Verona. Furthermore, Sarah Domaradzki has obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in August 2021.
