Jamillah Spears

Jamillah Spears currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Energy Solutions, a position held since August 2011, where previous titles included Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Between April 2015 and March 2017, Jamillah co-founded and held the title of Vice-President at Team Spears Consulting, LLC, a coaching and consulting company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to this, Jamillah worked at The San Francisco Foundation from 1998 to 2011 as the Administrative Services Manager, focusing on human resources and facilities management. Jamillah holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education from San Francisco State University.
