Kimberly K. is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in people operations and culture. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Energy Solutions since May 2022, Kimberly previously held the role of Director of People Operations at JBS International, Inc. from April 1997 to October 2021, where oversight of HR functions for a multi-state corporation was managed, along with the rebranding of the department and the establishment of corporate compliance procedures.
