Shareef Khoga

Shareef Khoga is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the engineering and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Energy Solutions since February 2023, Shareef previously held the role of Project Manager at Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included managing wastewater treatment equipment projects to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to timelines and budgets. Prior to that, Shareef worked as a Project Engineer at Belcan, overseeing project designs and engineering teams, and also served as a Product Improvement Mechanical Engineer. Early career experiences include roles as a Program Engineering Intern at Hamilton Sundstrand and a Quality Assurance Intern at Norlux Corp, where Shareef introduced Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts. Shareef holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and Bachelor's and Associate degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Northern Illinois University and Rock Valley College, respectively.
