Jacob Polsley

Jacob Polsley has an extensive background in project development and management, currently working at Energy Systems Group since April 2016, focusing on sustainable energy solutions that enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints across various sectors. Prior to this role, Jacob served as Principal at EquiTeam, LLC from March 2008 to April 2016, managing all aspects of turnkey project development including feasibility studies, budgeting, and construction delivery. Earlier in the career, Jacob held positions as Assistant Director of Religious Facilities at Eden Religious Facilities and Assistant Sales Manager at HSBC. Jacob also co-owned and operated a local restaurant chain, Best Gyro, from January 2004 to March 2005. Jacob obtained a Bachelor of Arts in T-COM Management from Ball State University, with earlier education completed at Marion High School.
