Steven Fereno

Steven Fereno is a Senior Project Manager at Energy Systems Group (ESG), where responsibilities include managing multi-million dollar Energy Performance Contracts across all construction phases, evaluating contractual scopes, negotiating and preparing subcontracts, client interactions, risk analysis, and scheduling. Prior to ESG, Steven held the position of Solutions Project Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region at Johnson Controls and served as Director of Operations at CSI International, Inc. Additional experience includes roles as Property Manager at American Standard/Codman Corporate Services and Building Systems Engineer/Technician at Johnson Controls, Inc. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, earned through studies at Thomas Edison State College, Ocean County College, and Devry Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992.
