Infrastructure Principal Specialist at Energy Transfer

Davis Parker has extensive experience in the energy industry, with a career spanning from 1985 to present. Davis started their career at Energy Transfer as an Infrastructure Principal Specialist. Davis then moved on to Texas Eastern Transmission Corp., where they worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst / Programmer Analyst, designing, developing, and supporting various computer systems. In 1991, they joined PanEnergy Corp as an IT Supervisor, leading the application developers in supporting and enhancing the LINK customer system. Davis also served as a Lead Systems Analyst, designing and developing the Nomination subsystem for the Order 636 changes. Davis'snext role was as an IT Supervisor for Panhandle Eastern Pipeline at Duke Energy, where they led the application developers, served as the Y2K Coordinator, and supervised the Contracts, Capacity Release, and EDI subsystems of the Gas Transportation System. Finally, they joined CMS Energy in 1999 as a Technical Specialist, where they designed the data conversion and integration for a new customer nomination application and developed a solution for customer service reps to email various notices.

Davis Parker received a degree in Accounting with a field of study in Business Data Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio in the year 1984. Prior to that, they attended Texas A&M University from 1976 to 1981, majoring in Marketing. Davis also holds certifications in Compellent Certified Storage Administrator from the Compellent Training Program in the year 2011 and MCP Microsoft Exchange 2003 from the Microsoft Certified Professional Program in the year 2006.
