James M. “Jim” Wright

Jim Wright Jr. has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades in various legal and compliance roles.

James M. “Jim” is currently working at Energy Transfer as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Sunoco LP, where they played a crucial role in building and leading an ethics, compliance, and regulatory team.

Jim also has significant experience at Energy Transfer LP, where they held the positions of Executive Vice President - Legal, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary. During their tenure, they oversaw the legal aspects of the company and led the acquisition and integration of 14 major entities.
