Joe McGinn

Joe McGinn is an experienced public affairs professional with a robust background in communications and community relations, currently serving as Vice President of Public Affairs at Energy Transfer since May 2019. Prior roles include Principal at McGinn Public Strategies and Senior Director of Public Affairs at Energy Transfer. Joe has significant experience with Sunoco and Sunoco Logistics Partners, holding various roles that focused on external affairs and community engagement. Joe's early career included positions such as Recruiting Analyst and Public Affairs Representative at Sunoco, as well as District Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Columbia University. Joe also holds a Crisis Communications Certificate from The Ammermann Experience.
