Leon P. has a strong background in management and business transformation. Leon began their career at Masco Corporation, where they served as a Lean Manufacturing Manager from 2000 to 2004, before being promoted to Production Manager and then Operations Manager. In 2008, they became the Plant Manager at Masco Corporation, a position they held until 2009.
