Leon P.

Leon P. has a strong background in management and business transformation. Leon began their career at Masco Corporation, where they served as a Lean Manufacturing Manager from 2000 to 2004, before being promoted to Production Manager and then Operations Manager. In 2008, they became the Plant Manager at Masco Corporation, a position they held until 2009.

Following their time at Masco Corporation, Leon joined SECO Energy, where they took on various roles. Leon started as a Business Consultant in 2009 before transitioning into the role of Sr. Business Analyst / Project Manager. From 2009 to 2012, Leon served as the Manager of System Reliability at SECO Energy, and from 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Manager of Reliability & Metering.
